My name is Olivier Pince, I was born in November 1980 in Nîmes and live between Bouillargues and Nîmes. Writing came to me around the age of twenty-five, when I was studying to become an educator.
To date, I've published sixteen books in various genres, from novels and short stories to drama and poetry. I continue to draw inspiration from a wide range of sources, including literature, film, recent history and current events.
What's more, for eight years between 2015 and 2022, I hosted a monthly cultural program on Radio-Système, a community radio station based in Vauvert.
Volume 1 of a collection of poems entitled "Vertige" is due to be published in September 2023. A few years ago, I also wrote a screenplay about a Rwandan veteran who is reunited with his biological daughter, conceived with a young Tutsi survivor, whom he rescued from the clutches of Hutu militiamen.
