Series project (original series)
Hello Labralunj is an original series I wrote for platforms like Netflix. The series blends the real world with a parallel world of mystery and magic. I've built rich universes, supported by complex characters and plots that blend the marvelous with the real. This scenario is part of me and my overflowing imagination. I built this world, I created this series, which is original. My aim: to transport viewers, awaken their imaginations, take them on a journey between these two realities, blending emotion, suspense and wonder, and offer them stories that are both entertaining and meaningful.For me, this series is a way of exploring deep themes through the prism of the imaginary: identity, choice, fear of the unknown... I want to share a universe that is deeply close to my heart with a wider audience. The series promises a thrilling, emotionally rich and unforgettable journey. Novelist and screenwriter seeks production company or publishing house
I will talk about one of my adaptations of one of my novels, whose title is: "Sobreviviré" (I will survive). It tells the story of several women and men, the process they went through before a personal event that meant an abrupt and painful change in their lives and the journey they faced to find themselves again, rethink life in another way and the facets with successes and failures, tears, laughter and euphoria to reach its fullness. The way these strangers connect with each other and the experiences they share make the story a life lesson that combines drama with humor. I jokingly call it 'the self-help novel'. I hope I will be taken seriously enough to get a contract for it.

Beaumarchais-OCS Signature Grant (32 500 €)
Applications open for the Beaumarchais-OCS Signature Grant, in partnership with Orange. Open to all authors to help 2 genre unitaries around the theme of the accident. The two projects selected by the jury will each receive a grant of €32,500 in total, intended to finance the complete writing of the project and paid in several successive stages to the author and then to his or her producer. A contract with a producer within the allotted time is mandatory in order to benefit from the entire grant. The project submitted must be : - in the process of being written ; - a single genre project of 80 to 110 minutes (all genres are accepted except comedy); - written in French and not translated from a foreign language - of French expression (French must be the majority language of production and broadcast) - intended to be shot in real images; - an original creation (adaptation projects will not be accepted, including when an author adapts himself); - free of rights in order to guarantee OCS a right of preference and first look for a possible pre-purchase. Television 2022 Writing Grant - Beaumarchais-SACD
The application for the Beaumarchais-SACD television writing grant has just opened. This grant is endowed with 5 955 € (5 000 € for the author + 955 € Ursaff artists authors). It is reserved for emerging authors for a project of series or unit in French language. Applications close on October 3, 2022. The results will be known a priori on December 16, 2022. The application for a unit includes: your CV, pitch, 20-page project with synopsis, beginning of writing (10 pages of dialogue sequences), note of intent. And for a series, send your CV, pitch, project in 30 pages maximum with description of the concept (universe, mechanics, characters), global synopsis of the series, some episode summaries, excerpt of one or several episodes (15 pages), note of intent. CannesFilms Unlimited 2023: residency for feature film screenwriters at the Cannes Film Festival
You can now apply for the third edition of this writers' residency organized by TheBlackList, Canal+, Vivendi, the Cannes Film Festival, the Université Côte d'Azure and the City of Cannes. Participants will develop a new original European film in English. The program will begin virtually and continue with a three-week immersive residential program in Cannes, while attending the Cannes 2023 Film Festival. APPLICATION AND PROGRAM Applications are open on the Black List website from July 29, 2022 to October 2, 2022. Up to 18 screenwriters will be invited based on the potential of their script as assessed by TheBlackList. DOCUMENTS TO BE PROVIDED - Presentation of the project (5 sentences) - Synopsis of the project (one page) - One-page letter of intent (describing your artistic vision for the project and why you chose this topic) - Personal statement (why you would be the ideal candidate for the residency) - Professional resume (film, television production...) - Mood board for your project (optional) At the end of October 2022, 18 writers and projects will be selected for the first round of the residency: a month-long online program during which writers will meet with mentors and write a three-page treatment for their film, due in mid-November 2023. In January 2023, each writer will present their film to a panel of industry professionals, including Canal+ and TheBlackList.
